  • Commit by writing your goal down and telling others! Make your goal action-oriented and something you can control. For example, “I commit to eating a nutritious breakfast each morning”. Or “I commit to getting in 30 min of movement daily.”

  • Fill out your daily check-in to stay accountable Joan will email you daily to check in because sometimes you need a little encouragement and accountability

  • Be proud of committing to self care this holiday season! Enjoy knowing that you did something extra for yourself this year. And be ready to hit the ground running in 2023!
